If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit an application to initiate arbitration proceedings to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Bremen.

The BremBGG aims to prevent discrimination against people with disabilities and to ensure their equal and barrier-free participation in society.
The arbitration board has the task of settling disputes between people with disabilities or their associations and public bodies out of court.
